  •  Orders placed will be delivered 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and communicated post-order.
  • Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

SHIPPING COST

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight and delivery location, and are displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Free delivery is available on orders above a specified minimum value. Please check our website or current promotional communications for applicable thresholds.

PACKAGING AND QUALITY ASSURANCE

  • All products are dispatched in temperature-controlled packaging to maintain the cold chain throughout transit.
