• Air fry: Cook from frozen. Preheat air fryer to 160°C; brush with oil; single layer; 10 minutes, flip halfway.
• Oven bake: Preheat oven to 180°C; brush with oil; single layer; 12 minutes, flip halfway.
• Deep fry: Heat oil to 140–150°C; fry gently about 8 minutes until samosas start floating and turn golden; drain and serve hot.

Storage: Store frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze once thawed. Shelf life 12 months.
