How to heat
- Air fry: Cook from frozen. Preheat air fryer to 160°C; brush with oil; single layer; 10 minutes, flip halfway.
- Oven bake: Preheat oven to 180°C; brush with oil; single layer; 12 minutes, flip halfway.
- Stovetop / pan: Shallow fry: heat a little oil in a pan to 130–140°C; sear each side, then cook 4–8 minutes per side until golden and crisp; drain and serve hot.
