Cottage Cheese (Paneer), Bell Peppers, Dough Sheets (Refined Wheat Flour, Water, Sugar, Refined Palm Oil, Preservative INS 282), Tomato Ketchup, Refined Palm Oil, Sugar, Spices and Condiments (Coriander, Turmeric, Fennel, Cumin, Chilli Powder, Cassia Bark, Dried Ginger, Bay Leaf, Cloves, Black Pepper, Iodised Salt, Star Anise, Dried Mango, Triphala, Caraway Seeds, Carom Seeds, Green Cardamom, Mace), Green Chilli, Arrowroot Powder, Gram Flour, Flattened Rice Flakes.

How to heat
- Deep fry: Cook from frozen. Heat oil to 150–170°C; fry gently, stirring for even cooking, 6–8 minutes until golden brown; drain and serve hot.
