Ingredients
Water, Cashew Paste, Tomato Puree, Cream (Milk Solids), Coconut Oil, Spices and Condiments (Coriander, Cloves, Cumin, Bay Leaf, Stone Flower, Iodised Salt, Cassia, Turmeric, Fennel, Chilli Powder, Dried Ginger, Black Pepper, Star Anise, Dried Mango, Triphala, Caraway Seeds, Carom Seeds, Green Cardamom, Mace), Ghee (Clarified Butter), Coarse Salt, Green Chilli, Asafoetida, Sugar, Dried Fenugreek Leaves.
Allergens: Contains Milk, Tree Nuts (Cashew, Coconut). Made in a facility that also processes soya, peanuts, tree nuts, mustard, sesame, gluten, wheat and milk products.
How to heat
- Stovetop / pan: Stovetop: thaw a few minutes; heat a little oil/butter/ghee in a non-stick pan; empty contents into pan; stir until it starts to boil; add your choice of protein or chopped vegetables; reduce heat, add a little water for desired consistency; serve hot with breads or rice.
