How to heat
- Stovetop / pan: Stovetop: thaw a few minutes; heat a little oil/butter/ghee in a non-stick pan over medium heat; empty contents into pan; stir until the curry starts to boil; add your choice of protein or chopped vegetables; reduce heat, add a little water for desired consistency; serve hot with breads or rice.
